GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

Art. 1-Introduction

The Company BOCCADIFUOCO YACHTING SRL, with registered office in Syracuse, is the owner of the state concession obtained by the Sicily-Territory and Environment Office for the laying and management of 14 buoys and 14 mooring post;

Art.2-Subject of the rules and general conditions

This document establishes the general rules and conditions for the operation and use of the buoy field;

Art.3-Direction and management of the camp buoys

The direction and management of the buoy field is managed by the Company BOCCADIFUOCO YACHTING SRL without prejudice to the responsibilities of the Maritime Authority in matters of safety, the Company is responsible for ensuring that the rules of this Regulation are complied with at the port.

The ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the plants is managed by the mentioned company;

Art.4-Mooring at buoys

The mooring and the unmooring to the buoys are carried out from the Moorers Group of Syracuse as from tariff Group Moorers Syracuse:

Art.5-Moorings

The units will have to moor in the assigned spaces according to the indications dictated from the Harbour office of Syracuse.

Users are required to protect their units with adequate and sufficient fenders to prevent damage to people or property.

The tampering of the installations is prohibited.

The Competent Authority may in any case decide to move the units if it deems it necessary;

Art.6-Maritime traffic

The units in navigation and in maneuver inside of the field buoys will have to respect the dispositions brought back on the enforced regulations of harbour Safety emanated from the Marine Authority;

Art.7-Sanctions

Any infringement of the rules established by these general conditions that causes any type of damage, creates an immediate obligation of compensation by the responsible;

Art.8-Use of buoys

The use of the buoys service must be communicated with at least one hour’s notice (60 minutes).

If the unit already moored at the dock nº11 decides to use the buoy service, a surcharge of 25% will be applied, even in case of adverse weather conditions.

The check out must be made by 17.00 on the day of departure, the late check out will involve the charge of an additional day of mooring;

Art.9-Reservation

The reservation of the mooring must be communicated to the address: siracusa@boccadifuocoyachting.it filling in the attached form.

Art.10-Disputes

For any dispute that may arise under these general rules and conditions between the Company BOCCADIFUOCO YACHTING SRL and the unit that benefits from the service or between the Company BOCCADIFUOCO YACHTING SRL and the recommended agencies, the competent court is that of Syracuse.
